Chisago Lakes Area Wrestling Foundation
The Chisago Lakes area Wrestling Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and amateur athletic purposes.
The purpose of this corporation is:
- To provide financial support for the PreK-12 wrestling team at Chisago Lakes Area Schools;
- To provide scholarships for members of Chisago Lakes Area Schools;
- To provide financial support for competitive and/or educational & athletic shooting clubs and programs through the Chisago Lakes Area Schools and 4-H programs.
Membership
Membership consists of the board of directors.
The board is responsible for overall policy and direction of the association, and delegates responsibility of da-to-day operations to the staff and committees. The board has up to 7 but not fewer than 3 members and receives no compensation other than reasonable expenses.
